About us

Mária has been working in real estate practice for almost 20 years. She studied at the university Vysoká škola Bankovní institut – based in Prague, department of brokerage and finance. She worked in institutions such as the Municipal Office in Levice and Social Insurance Office – branch office in Levice. She began her entrepreneurial activities after 1992, running her own business alongside her work, in retail and commercial activities. In 2002, she devoted herself fully to business activities, namely retail and the operation of the BM real estate office. Initially, she operated these activities as a natural person and in 2014 she founded a company - BM reality LV s.r.o., which has become a family company where her two sons work together with her. The main office of the company is in Levice. In real estate practice she has been pushing her knowledge beyond the borders of the Slovak Republic, as this is her priority and goal. She gained her first experience in international real estate on the Turkish Riviera by selling apartments and luxury villas in the cities of Belek and Alanya, in cooperation with the Norwegian real estate development company MAKSEIENDOM. This cooperation was between years 2008 and 2011. In 2012, she was already working directly in the centre of Budapest, where she had been selling luxury apartments in the city centre for 4 years in cooperation with her colleagues from Central Home. In 2018, her office BM real estate won the award "Real Estate Agency of the Year 2018 for the West Slovakia region". For the last three years she has been intensively involved in real estate in Spain, specifically the Andalusian coast - Costa del Sol, from Malaga to Gibraltar. Mária provides her clients with a complete service up to the successful closing of the deal directly in Spain. The cooperation with colleagues is progressing excellently and so she can offer a quality service and accompaniment for the prospective buyer. She speaks fluent English and Hungarian. She is currently studying Spanish language.
